What condition must items be in for an exchange?
Items must be unused, with tags attached, and free from perfume, stains, odours, or any signs of wear.
Who pays for exchange courier fees?
Customers are responsible for all courier costs related to exchanges, including return collection and redelivery fees.
Can I try on items before buying?
Unfortunately, we do not have a fitting area. Please ensure you confirm your size before purchasing.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit only. Read more on our refund policy.
Is payment required before collection?
Yes. Full payment is required before collection or courier dispatch. We do not accept payment on collection.
Do you accept exchanges?

Do you have a physical store?
Unfortunately, no. Pengting Apparel is an online-based store in Cape Town, and we courier nationwide and worldwide.
Do you accept returns on sale items?
No. Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Read more on our Refund policy
Can I return swimwear or bodysuits?
No. For hygiene reasons, intimate items (including swimwear and bodysuits) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a waybill/tracking number.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not ship to countries outside South Africa. Shipping details will be updated soon.
